Industrial ESAB automatic submerged-arc welding package comprising an ESAB A2 travelling welding tractor, A2 Welding Controller and ESAB LAF 1000 DC heavy-duty power source. This is a complete production welding system intended for mechanised straight-line submerged-arc welding of heavy steel fabrication. The A2 tractor provides controlled travel along the weld joint while automatically controlling wire feed and welding parameters, producing consistent weld quality and high deposition rates.
