Execution and operation Casing: s/steel 1.4301; outside surface are polished. This machine is manufactured for washing of crates with max size 600×400×300mm. The crates can be transported by 400mm and 600mm. The machine consists of a main wash area where the centrifugal pump is recycling the water. This water is continuously filtered and replenished with fresh water from the rinsing stage, which ensures very low water consumption. The adjustable nozzle are placed on-a-side-pipes (collectors) spraying a water-detergent mixture. The detergent is added to the main washing tanks manually before starting the washing. Free contact for dosing pump. The water tank is equipped with a removable overflow pipe for overflow connection (for initial water filling), overflow pipe and water-drain-pipe with ball valve. Automatic water level control. The tank is equipped with a digital thermostat. Heating: Electrical via 2×10KW heaters Water temperature control via a thermos controller. Water temperature range from 30°C to adjustable. Rinsing is done by means of cold or hot water which is provided by the 15KW heat exchanger. The rinse nozzle are controlled via a solenoid valve and a manual ball-valve. The rinse water is collected into the tank, to provide a continue adding of hot / freshwater. Transport of containers: by help of gear motor driven mesh belt. The driving of the belt is controlled by a clutch. Provisions have been made for the pump not to work in the dry. Machine is placed on legs with free space for mounting of a chemical dosing pump. Control panel is to be placed on the right side of the machine towards the exit of the crates. The machine is equipped with adjustable side guides. The machine meets the EU and USDA
